This company is looking for a Sales Progression Professional with experience in property to join their sales team in Leeds. You will have an eye for detail and have the communication skills to assist the sales teams progress contracts through to completion.

Their working environment is fast paced and therefore requires someone who can think on their feet because you will be afforded a generous level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with sales teams ensuring all client information is up to date and complete.
- Guiding customers as well as sales teams throughout the process
- Liaising with customers to ensure a fault free and seamless transaction.
- Supporting customers and team members with sales transactions activity and maintaining data and reporting on these activities to the relevant department.
- Progression Analysis through reports and data, identifying trends that may influence their sales rates.
- Create and implement improvement to operations where required.
- From time to time, train and support staff on new administration procedures.
- Provide support to the CEO and the Director’s and undertake other duties as required.

The ideal Sales Progressor will have:
- Experience of investments and /or property investment would be advantageous.
- Front-line customer service.
- Working with and managing service and relationships with client businesses.
- Ability to understand and interpret contracts to the point in which the customer fully understands.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy and basic skills with Excel spreadsheets, Salesforce, Adobe Sign.
- Ability to work and thrive as the member of a team.
- High level of analysis, attention to detail and judgement.
- Highly motivated and outgoing individual with the ability to manage and work independently.
- You must be pro-active and demonstrate a can-do mind-set.
