This well-established, leading Time and Attendance Company, based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Sales Order Processor /Admin assistant to join their busy team. The role is fast paced and requires someone with the skills to multi-task and prioritise.

Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders received through their websites, e-mail and on the phone
- Support the field sales team with data management
- Talking to prospective clients by phone, email and ‘online chat’ who have questions regarding the products on their websites prior to ordering
- Online demonstration of their products to interested clients
- Ensuring timely processing of orders and working with logistics to ensure orders are shipped
- Responding to customer service queries, via phone and email
- Identifying and solving problems.

Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:
- Strong IT skills
- Problem solver
- Team player with good communication skills
- Exceptional at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
- Commercially aware
- Self-starter, driven, motivated and hardworking
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken

Hours 8.30 to 5.30 Monday - Friday.
