This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join this successful Company. As part of one of the UK’s leading independent sheet material distributors Lawcris, the Sales Office is a constant hub of activity. They require a Sales Office Junior to support their friendly sales team, based at their main site in Leeds (Cross Green Industrial Estate).

Key responsibilities of the Sales Office Junior:
- Basic office duties including ensuring paperwork travels between sales, transport and accounts departments efficiently.
- Being responsible for handling sample requests, including from the website, following up and collating information.
- Organising the companies Roll & Go delivery service: booking couriers, generating paperwork and liaising with other departments.
- Communicating with customers over the phone and via email.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to manage their own workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and work ethic to challenge themselves in a fast pace office environment.
- Computer and IT literacy, including a basic knowledge of Outlook.
- Be passionate about a career in a wood-based panel products company.
- Willingness to learn new skills ‘on the job’ both as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- A friendly and approachable attitude.

You will receive full induction training consisting of working in a wide range of company departments to get an overview of the organisation and how it operates, before moving into your new Sales Office Junior Role.

This is a full time position consisting of 45 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 7.30am – 4.30pm each day, including 1 hour paid break. You can expect to receive a good salary, enhanced pension scheme, death in service benefit, excellent training and opportunities for progression.
