Sales Negotiator Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in a property sales environment essential with excellent knowledge of the property market.
- A confident personality with excellent rapport building skills.
- Strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Full Clean UK licence

Sales Negotiator responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly targets set by the Director.
- Building strong relationships with clients, gaining referrals, and generating new leads through networking.
- To provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain competitive awareness and actively following up all leads.
