They are an award winning Business Brokerage looking for sales negotiators or account managers to join their head office team in Bolton Town Centre.

Covering the UK, you will assist client's when selling their businesses, from cafes and fish and chip shops to engineering and care homes, every day will have its own unique challenge.

What will you be doing?

·Arranging viewings for prospective buyers
·Undertaking negotiation
·Following up viewings and utilising feedback
·Using knowledge and advisory led conversations to reduce asking prices
·Ensuring excellent communication between vendors and purchasers
·Keeping client's up to date on progress and advising accordingly
·Inspiring trust and confidence to vendors and purchasers
·Negotiating the sale of businesses between seller and buyer
·Working to sales targets

Who are they looking for?

Professionals with either account management or estate agency experience who are looking for an exciting new opportunity in a similar line of business but without the weekend work and the hassle of attending viewings and valuations.
This is an office based position.

Enthusiastic and passionate, you will be a team player who strives on exceeding targets and KPI's taking pride in all aspects of your work. Delivering only the very best levels of service, you will adhere to the company's core values, in particular 'customer first' and be 'upfront and honest' with clients. You will also be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
