The individual will take lead responsibility for generating public interest in the product, establishing new sales and as the business grows the right individual will have the opportunity to develop and manage a new sales team to ensure the company meets its ambitious sales targets.
As part of the Senior Management Team, they will lead upon directing, and implementing the call centre.
- Experience of developing a sales team.
- 5 years of Sales management experience
- Experience of the social care sector desirable.
- Experience in utilising social media to drive sales
Qualifications
- Professional or higher qualification in any business focused discipline

- Demonstrate resilience with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
- Excellent MS office skills
Knowledge
- Understanding of social media and digital channels
- Awareness of GDPR compliance.
£28,000 starting salary with review after 6 months and up to 35K. phone, laptop and other benefits. Massive opportunities to progress with 2 large organisations.
Driving licence essential due to location and parking is free. May be required to travel to meetings and potentially stay away as and when required.
