Guide salary: £45k - £50k depending on experience with considerable uncapped commission structure (£72,300 - £77,300 OTE).

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-growing boutique agency team to grow revenue, and retain and delight our clients across a broad and exciting range of digital projects and briefs. As a Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the agency’s founding team to achieve and exceed our ambitious revenue and performance targets. You will often be the first point of contact for inbound leads and your role will be to help quickly qualify these opportunities and bring them to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and researching qualified leads
- Delighting prospects with an incredible first touch-point brand experience and setting up qualified meetings
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your opportunities
- Communicating with existing clients and identifying opportunities where we can add tangible value and create upsell opportunities
- Creating bespoke proposals for prospects and managing the pre-sales process end-to-end
- Support on lead qualification with the goal of determining if the prospect fits the buying criteria (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline)
- Manage, track, and report all activities in Hubspot

What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in a Business Development or revenue-targeted Account Management role, ideally in any agency setting
- A proven track record of top performance and delivery of consistent and exceptional business results
- The ability to understand complex client requirements and craft custom solutions
- An exceptional written and spoken communicator and presenter
- Comfortable and energised operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
- An ability to adapt to a range of different clients and industries
- Love and genuine interest in digital marketing
- A real sense of urgency tempered by the ability to keep calm under pressure
