This leading premier machine woven rugs manufacturer is looking to recruit a Sales Manager.

In this role, you will work with online partners such as amazon & ebay and internal cross-functional teams to advance your department's business agenda. You will have true ownership over a large group of partners that have a material impact to the business.

What You'll Do:

- Manage a large portfolio of retailers

- Drive strategic vendor relationship management

- Sales and activity analysis

- Execute high volume of negotiations with existing vendors including everyday pricing, annual incentive programs, advertising programs and promotions

- Conduct regular meetings and calls with vendors to review the business and advance business goals

- Attend Tradeshows

- Analyze data to strategize profit growth opportunities for the business.

- Plan promotions and marketing programs with your vendors.

- Advance catalogue expansion, including identifying selection gaps, prioritizing new line queue and building direct relationships with key vendors to bring on board.

- Analyze competitors’ marketing, selection and pricing and make strategic changes and product scouting as needed

- Identify merchandising opportunities for the business and collaborate with central merchandising to strategize and prioritize needed

- Collaborate across departments to drive goals (Inventory Planning, Advertising, Site Merchandising, Operations, PR, Customer Service, Business Intelligence)
