A leading Vehicle Contract Hire & Leasing Broker, Specialising in & offering both business & personal Contract Hire & Leasing vehicle finance solutions looking to expand their Sales Dept., this is an ideal opportunity to join their company as they enjoy a sustained on-going period of growth.

Using telesales and e-commerce, the role is concentrated upon dealing with leads generated. The sales person is responsible for sourcing and providing quotations for new enquiries, converting those enquiries to orders, promoting additional services and suggesting alternative vehicles where necessary. You will be responsible for dealing with customers potential & existing, providing a first class Customer Service experience, this is a very competitive market & so speedy delivery of their service is crucial, as is the ability to multi task & work accurately at speed. There is no cold calling involved.
Monday to Friday only.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all sales leads and incoming enquiries generated from telephone enquiries, the website and via renewals or recommendations using telephone based sales and e-commerce.
- Liaise with suppliers and funders to obtain the best quote maximising on competitiveness, and profitability whilst ensuring suitability to the customer.
- Provide and co-ordinate daily quotation support for the team via our funders finance systems
- Pro-actively follow up all quotes processed, recording all feedback
- Process and follow up all orders in a timely and professional manner
- Actively look to sell stock vehicles whenever possible
- Actively source offers and alternative opportunities to maximise sales & profitability.
- Organise and complete all associated Sales Admin on a daily basis.
- Assist in the smooth running of the Sales Dept. on a daily basis
- Keep all records up to date. (both paper and computer)
- Data inputting

Skills Required:

- You must have an excellent Telephone Manner
- You must demonstrate strong Sales Skills
- You must be computer literate
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicles/ Car Sales /Contract Hire and Leasing Finance Solutions would be beneficial
- Knowledge of FCA compliance/industry Regulations would be advantageous.
- Excellent Communications kills
- Experienced in the use of Finance Quotation systems would be advantageous
- Highly motivated/Highly Driven to succeed and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
- Works well within a team but most importantly on your own initiative

IT Skills

MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to quickly pick up the use of the bespoke in house Admin system

Qualifications:

Minimum GCSE/A*-C in Maths & English or equivalent.

Industry Training including AML and DPA Regulations, Introduction to Consumer Credit Regulations, a sound understanding of the FCA regulations would be advantageous but training will be provided.
