The job: - Sell our unique recruitment solution to a wide variety of UK businesses using our refined and 10 years tried and tested sales process allowing you to build long lasting business relationships
So if you have:
- A great speaking voice to communicate well with our business customers
- Commitment to put in the effort on a consistent basis to achieve the results that you want
- Money motivation
- An honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity
This role is ideal for those who have not had a B2B sales role before, or only managed a part of the sales cycle
Experience tells us this is not a suitable role for trainees looking to have 'nice' conversations or adopt a consultative approach.
No experience or background in sales is necessary - many of our high performers came fresh out of school, university, retail or other professions.

We like our employees to be motivated to do a good job and have transformed commission and bonuses into regular basic salary increases, these will be available for hitting set targets and we currently offer a £15,000 - £20,000 basic with earning potential of £25,000 - £30,000, this is perfectly achievable in the first year.
