This is a field sales opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative company operating in the employee benefits, health insurance and reward & recognition sectors, committed to fast track growth and expansion – giving you a business opportunity rather than a “dead end”, "just going through the motions" job.

Their clients are some of the UK’s largest employers operating within both the private and public sectors.

As a vital member of their team you will attend the work sites of major corporate clients throughout South London and the Southern Home Counties – spreading the good news - presenting and selling a range of benefits (including: Shopping, Cinema & Holiday Discounts, Free Eye Tests, Health, Critical Illness and Life Insurance) to individuals and to small groups of employees

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- A confident and positive go-getting attitude! Enthusiasm…enthusiasm…enthusiasm – if you don’t have oodles of it – don’t apply.
- A business mentality with bundles of self-motivation & self-belief
- A driving ambition - a passion and hunger for success – a desire to be judged by results within a true meritocracy.
- A track record in sales &/or engagement
- A clean driving license

Full training will be provided.

The role involves travelling throughout South London and the Southern Home Counties. Company car provided.

Salary: £23,000 Basic + monthly bonus, 6% Pension & Amazing Benefits (1st Year OTE £30,200-£37,400).
