This promotional merchandise company stocks and supplies a range of notebooks to the promotional merchandise industry. They offer their customers a wide range of books from a simple budget notebook right through to a bespoke notebook service, made to order.
They are seeking to recruit a vibrant, enthusiastic, motivated individual who is passionate about what they do and is great at building long-lasting relationships with customers. You need to be a dynamic individual who can contact old, new and potential customers.
The role requires an individual who is quick at building relationships, able to listen to a customer’s needs and then explain why they are the perfect supplier they should be working with on a regular basis.
You will need a great deal of drive and initiative to thrive in this position.
- Proven experience within a customer-focused role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly; Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated whilst being able to work with others.
- A great relationship builder.
- Good organisational skills with a true ability to multitask.
- Ability to work towards targets and set your own goals.

Salary: £18,000 - 25,000pa
