The company is a market leader in the design and implementation of ground and water remediation solutions for land restoration. Their applied technologies for contaminated soil and water treatment, together with an expert waste management capability, delivers measurable, cost and programme benefits for all their Clients

They are seeking a hunter to develop and grow their business turnover and sales
- Contribute to sales across the business through their waste treatment facilities, contracting and brokering
- Build client relationships and help expand into new areas
- Ensure an annual sales revenue of £2.1M is achieved
- Seek new waste enquiries, service and follow-up
- Manage Sales pipeline and live reporting
- Provide insight into market trends and competitor analysis
- Update the CRM system regularly with new contacts and data

The successful applicant must be
- Enthusiastic, organised, efficient, good communicator and natural listener
- Enjoys meeting and speaking with people to develop the interests of the business
- Ability to quickly develop strong and collaborative business relationships with client bodies, partners and key suppliers
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their hopes and fears
- A sound knowledge of Construction as a minimum
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft and company systems.
- A self-starter with drive to develop the business
- Research and prepare for meeting with clients and brief the wider team
