An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join their team in their Manchester Office within this trade only security distributor.
The sales executive role is a permanent Monday-Friday position with working hours between 8am – 5pm (40-hour week). Basic salary - £20,000 to £21,500 dependent on experience.
Experience and knowledge of being in a Sales Executive/Customer Service role, or similar, is essential as well as the desire to go above and beyond to ensure their loyal customers receive service excellence at all times.
Key responsibilities are:
- Taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries and orders.
- Advising customers of their products, services and promotions through targeted proactive campaigns, whilst maximising all potential sales opportunities.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service & Sales skills as well as perform your duties in a polite, friendly and professional manner at all times. You must be customer focused and computer literate.
Experience and knowledge of working with a sales role are essential.
