Their UK based sales division is responsible for the group’s sales within Europe. They are part of a world leading group with over 30 manufacturing divisions worldwide and 60,000 employees.

Location: Lowton, near to Wigan/Warrington, WA3

Job Title: Sales Executive – European Division
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Managing Director
Basic Salary: £23k-£25k per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication with our existing customer base to increase sales potential and maintain customer retention
- Source, develop and establish business relationships with new customers
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
- Define business development goals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Be an effective contact through frequent feedback channels with all customers
- Work with Luxshare’s many factories to address any technical issues faced by our customers
- Effective marketing of the extensive product portfolio within Luxshare to both new and existing customers
- Independently research and prospect using a variety of techniques including online research, networking and active participation in industry events to win new accounts
- Report on status of accounts
- Suggest company products/services that maximise client satisfaction
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly

Requirements
- Proven work experience in a relevant sales role
- Degree/Diploma in Business administration, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Possesses good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of new business development
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong project management skills from initial enquiry through to new contract
- UK full driving licence
- UK, European and International travel are part of this role
- Knowledge of market segments including: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Industrial, Retail and I.T. would be an advantage.
