This award-winning internet services provider is looking for a Sales Executive to support the Sales Manager in their business acquisition targets. You will administer their CRM system, keeping client and lead information accurate and up to date as well as generating leads and assisting with the account management of their existing client base.

You will be the first point of contact for sales enquiries. You will be responsible for generating sales leads through a combination of cold calling, telesales and social media. You will also attend several conferences throughout the year and act as a representative of the company at these events, generating new leads and forging relationships with suppliers and clients.

Backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience from the rest of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join the team in providing the very best customer service, account management and sales expertise to their clients.

Who are you?
- A positive and enthusiastic person who enjoys talking to people on the phone.
- A graduate in a business or marketing degree would be advantageous (but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working with some direction and under their own initiative.
- A resilient person; able to maintain a positive upbeat attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and prospects.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting priorities requiring collaboration with multiple teams both internally and externally.
- Able to make a good impression on your first call.

What do you know?
- Solid experience and aptitude in Sales and lead generation; technical sales experience would be an advantage.
- Able to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
- Able to prepare and analyse pipeline and activity dashboard reports.
- Able to identify key decision makers within their prospects determine needs and requirements whilst proposing appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and prospecting quotas.
- Excellent customer service skills.
