The Role
They are seeking an entry-level professional who is looking to progress into a Sales career with great development potential. Candidates must have experience in sales/marketing or a creative industry in administration support.
- To work with the Sales and Director Of Sales providing general admin support as required.
- Support the team in organising travel, catering and the bookings of meetings.
- Manage the stationary requirements of the Sales/Project Management Department.
- Provide cover for reception and Sales Administration Team as required.
- To assist where required in the general commercial and marketing activities of the department, including preparation of presentations.
- Complete the relevant documentation for Customer forms including any relevant paperwork.
Hours of work - 37.5 per week
Personal Requirements
- Computer literate - knowledge of Microsoft office package
- Good admin skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Able to demonstrate project management skills
- Good Sense of Humour
- Experience in a relevant industry is desirable but not essential
- Higher Education qualifications (BTEC/A Levels)
- Willing to learn new skills
