Your role as Business Partner will start with full training. You will be equipped with all the tools you need to not only succeed but excel within your role. With responsibility from your first day in the role, you will charter your own course for success.
To succeed within your role you will have a strong and demonstrable passion for providing excellent customer service, in addition to a professional telephone manner, excellent administrative skills and an eye for detail as their relationships with both prospects and clients are of paramount importance to them. You are likely to be a graduate or of graduate calibre with experience of working within a phone based customer facing environment. Your experience could be in customer service, banking, telesales, debt collection, recruitment or any other customer facing role for instance

- At least two years work experience
