Outbound Sales Executive

They are looking to recruit confident, driven outbound sales executives on a full time basis, you will have worked previously in outbound sales and have a passion to succeed and be able to demonstrate previous target driven sales experience.
The Role
As the voice to their business you will have the skills to deliver excellent customer service to both our dealer network and retail customers. You will enjoy and be confident at negotiation over the telephone. Your role is to contact their customers to discuss the potential sale of their vehicle to us. You will also be able to manage the customer journey from start to finish decreasing customer no shows and increasing end purchase results.
The Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Contact prospects by telephone to achieve additional appointments and meet targets.
- Take onboard large amount of new information and skills in a reactive manor.
- Complete details and record data on their internal management system.
- Be self motivated with a target driven attitude
Essential skills & needs to become part of the team:
- 2 years B2C or B2B sales experience.
- Great negotiation skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Good communications skills and excellent telephone manor
Package Benefits
Salary £18000 + bonus OTE £25K Uncapped. Full time working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
