The Company:
This role is for a family run company established over 100 years. They operate in a number of market sectors, namely Retail; Scientific Laboratory and Industrial (predominantly H&V).
They are a manufacturer who has built a reputation of quality and service, and supply customers both home and abroad. You will be joining a small team of dedicated sales professionals offering an exciting challenge to sell into varied market sectors.
Summary of Role
This is a new position within the Company and is focused on providing support to the Sales Team.
The Internal Sales Executive will be a customer orientated individual with sharp commercial acumen coupled with competent technical ability. The successful candidate will ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process including liaising between the sales office and other internal departments.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in a business to business environment and be confident at all levels of communication.
It is essential that they are competent and articulate when talking to customers directly and are not afraid to 'pick up the phone'.
