Their Travel Sales Experts are the friendly voice of the company that their customers speak to when calling to book their next holiday over the phone. Their Travel Sales Experts speak to customers every day. Working in their friendly call centre answering enquiries from their customers regarding their holiday requirements and matching them with the perfect holiday destination and property.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has had some experience within a sales environment, perhaps an account manager or customer service/booking agent, and is looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities;

- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries, making sure that every contact maximises customer booking. (No Cold Calling involved!)
- Working to agreed sales targets for booking conversion and maximising sales opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Skills:

- Previous sales experience is required - Call Centre experience is ideal however not essential.
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to quickly build rapport with new customers.
- IT Literate

Working hours will be on a shift rota basis over a 7 day week; our call centre is open from 9am until 9pm.You will be expected to be fully flexible to include evening and weekend working.

Part time and full time hours available- please stipulate on your cover letter your preference.

Start date: 12th March 2018 - this is a fixed start date due to the training schedule we have in place
