They have a depot in Penrith and other depots throughout the UK. They are a very successful company and are looking to expand their workforce in Cumbria.
They are passionate about doing all things correctly and responsibly to septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, sewage removal and disposal, maintenance of equipment and grease control.
The Role
They are looking for a candidate that can provide a solution sale to win new business.
You will be required to call on commercial and domestic customers, prospect, maintain and update a data base, make and attend appointments, qualify customer’s needs, prepare/present proposals, negotiate contracts and win new business.
The Candidate
Primarily you will be Cumbria based and have your own car.
You must be 100 % reliable and focused, be a great communicator, approachable, personal and have the desire to win and succeed.
You will be responsible for the sales process from beginning to end. The customer must be at the forefront of all your activities.
Cold calling, telephoning, attending multiple daily appointments and presenting potential customers with quotations are the main parts of this role. IT skills are required, as is good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use a CRM data base system.
No prior knowledge of the waste water industry is required as all training will be given by our operational colleagues.
