Basic 25k-30k + Commission OTE 50K

This company is an online manufacturing and retail company to the commercial trade.

They are looking for an Experienced and Dynamic High Level Sales Person/Business Development Executive is required to work in a growing online business with a friendly atmosphere and where there will be lots of opportunity for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook and career built around customers with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets in a sales environment. (Preferably glass, mirror or framing industry but not limited to).

As the role is mainly office based, the applicant must be a natural on the telephone, capable of quickly building rapport and trust and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities will include

- Identifying new sales leads and recommend solutions as well as up-selling where possible providing excellent customer experience
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Recognise business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
- Follow up on leads provided by the company
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up telephone appointments
- Planning new marketing initiatives and provide feedback on competitor, consumer and industry trends.
- Networking and attending trade-shows, customer meetings and industry events
- Preparing telephone and email presentations
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
-Working to ensure all sales goals met

To be an effective Sales executive/Business Development Manager, an individual must be:

- Socially adept
- Good with numbers

- Experienced in cold calling as well as following up warm leads.
