An exciting Luxury Lifestyle and Travel Concierge with offices in Europe, North America and Asia are looking for an experienced Sales Director, to continue to grow and scale the sales and marketing team internationally. This uniquely placed Lifestyle brand is passionate about being the best in class, known for their exceptional service and accessing the most unique and special experiences.

Clients are currently made up of some of the worlds wealthiest individuals and business elite, along with major corporate global brands and in fact supplying their services to other globally recognised Lifestyle and concierge businesses.

Due to it's success and growth over the last 5 years, this business has a clear vision over the next 24 months to seriously disrupt the Global Lifestyle Concierge market, by competing against the longstanding larger brands that many major corporate businesses find that they no longer receive the expected service levels.

The Role
The Sales Director will be tasked to assist in the planning and execution of major global scale taking place over the next 24 months, by way of managing the new business development strategies, account management and marketing. This role really gives the successful candidate the ability to apply their ideas and spearhead the growth of a very exciting brand in a very exciting market sector.

- Reporting to the CEO
- Managing an immediate team of 8 in the London office, progressing to centrally oversee the international sales and marketing staff.
- Working with the CEO to on board new international corporate clients
- Planning, motivating and target setting for the team.
- Budgeting with the Marketing Manager, to execute their new digital marketing plan to drive traffic and leads, along with building a strong brand and PR profile
- Strong appreciation for fine detail, which makes a real difference.
- Prepared and able to build and manage a key client portfolio
- Well versed in CRM use
- Headcount growth.
- Ideally come from the Luxury, Travel, Hotel, Hospitality arena.
- Must have experience of growing a sales team and a business
- 5+ years management experience
- Entrepreneurial nature
- Clear goals and desires to progress within the corporate ladder.
