Guide salary: £25k - £30k plus uncapped commission depending on experience. OTE:~£56k
Location: London and remote with flexible part/full-time options

We’re looking for a website sales consultant to join the team at our fast-growing boutique agency to help source, nurture, qualify and convert new business opportunities, focussing on the UK SME market.

You'll be a high-energy, website sales consultant and will manage the end-to-end sale of our small business-focussed website proposition. This new brand is our highly affordable web package and is perfect for all small businesses across the UK and globally, so the market and opportunity in this role is huge.

What will I be doing?
- Generate and manage end-to-end website sales opportunities from lead to deal closure to drive pipeline growth by achieving/exceeding monthly quotas
- Outbound prospecting via email, cold calling and other marketing campaigns
- Scheduling and leading live demos via Google Meet video conference – explaining the value and benefits clearly, concisely and without jargon
- Work closely with Account Managers and the founding team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new sales opportunities
- Qualify leads with the goal of determining if the prospect fits the buying criteria (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline)
- Manage, track, and report all activities in Hubspot CRM
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the agency and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape

What Does It Take To Be Successful In This Role?
- A graduate looking to move into sales or someone with prior sales experience of working in a fast paced and fun environment
- Cold calling and strategic prospecting experience (desired)
- Knowledge of the digital agency space, web design, SEO and Paid Search (desired)
- Confident managing clients and other stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Persistent in a professional manner
- Highly motivated, driven, and sales focused
- Highly commercially focused
