Initial Duties & Responsibilities:
- New business development through outbound calling of warm prospect list
- Effectively sourcing leads and converting into opportunities
- Salesforce reporting and usage – ensuring all information in Salesforce is inputted correctly and AccessPay lead generation and qualification processes are adhered to
- Capable of managing a pipeline of prospects and leads
- Maintaining good communication with sales team to optimise deal closure
- Strive to hit and exceed given KPIs and targets
- Product knowledge- ability to understand full range of AccessPay products (training will be provided)
- Research and build new contacts and customers within defined markets

Ongoing Development:
- -After mastering the initial sales development process, you will develop on to a quota carrying direct sales role
- Full training will be given on our consultative sales methodology, you will be supported every step of the way as you take responsibility for your entire sales cycle
