This is an opportunity to join the UK’s leading manufacturer of industrial, haulage and sports covers.

This role is brand new to the business. The main brief is to support the sales staff with their admin while also having the opportunity for inbound sales on their smaller product range.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be introducing the business to new potential clients, as well as managing your current client’s accounts and ensuring that you deliver a high level of customer service.

The sale admin part of the role will require the applicant to assist the sales team with their sales admin. This will range from processing orders, research, assisting with compiling quotes and proposals, working on the CRM system and making phone calls.

The main role of this position is to support the sales staff in order to allow them to focus on their skills which are sales.

There will be times (after training) that this position will start to take and process orders direct from clients and then account manager these clients.

Your duties as a Sales Coordinator will include:

- Will involve cold calling
- Introducing the business to new and potential clients
- Managing client’s accounts
- Data entry
- Being able to handle administration work accurately
- Assisting with other duties when required
- Processing orders

The applicant should be outgoing and be able to work in a team. They need to think for themselves and have a positive and pro-active approach to work.

Experience

- The applicant needs to be computer literature in Microsoft office
- Have used/ have an understanding of a CRM system
- Worked within a sales or sales admin role before for at least one year
- Previous experience within a telesales role
- Previous administration experience
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail
