They require a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales Managers. Related tasks are:
- Being responsible for the incoming calls and general enquiries to the Sales Office;
- Handling the order process from start to finish;
- Dealing with stock outs and back orders;
- Assisting the Sales Managers with formulating pricing and keeping the price lists current;
- Managing customer complaints efficiently using the Iris system;
- Liaising with Credit Control to keep customer accounts up-to-date;
- Sending out marketing materials;
- General admin.
Your Profile:
With a good standard of education, you must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, hardworking and conscientious. You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate. You should demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team within a busy customer-orientated sales office. They rate enthusiasm and a desire to learn more than specific qualifications and experience.
