East London craft brewery is looking for a sales team assistant with an excellent telephone manner and brilliant administration skills to join a busy team.
Previous experience in a busy office environment and competent with Excel are essential.

Duties:
- Manage all inbound sales enquiries on email and phone, and ensure incoming communications are covered at all times
- Conduct all administrative sales tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all written communications are clear and in the company tone
- Place all orders accurately and ensure they are scheduled within the individual delivery criteria for each customer
- Understand the contractual obligations and specific needs of our key accounts
- Keep databases up to date and accurate
- Identify new account opportunities and pass these on to the Business Development Manager
- Proactively capture content for social media channels
- Support business development team and ensure efficient and well organised working practice
- Ensure that the customer care process is followed and documented whenever customer issues are reported
- Keep customers up to date with regards to product availability, range changes and product launches
- Understand and execute product recall process and exercises
- Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure stock availability
- Ensure sales support documents (price lists, POS etc) are kept in stock and updated
- Build and maintain business and trade relationships and report back to the field team
- Undertake market research of competitors and customers
- Prepare and present data for Managers and Directors
- Participate in sales events, conduct tastings and ensure that marketing materials are used effectively
