As a Sales & Service Associate, you are an ambassador for the company values, ethos and brand.
On the sales side, you will be effective and outcome-driven:
- Helping new leads and potential new members to find the best living option for them
- Managing your pipeline of potential new members all the way to move in
- Undertaking property viewings via video link and in person
- Closing deals and expanding community membership
On the service side, you will be a proactive community manager:
- Ensuring delivery of extraordinary customer service and living experiences
- Transforming customer issues into awesome resolutions
- Solving member queries relating to tenancies
- Managing reactive and proactive maintenance
- Delivering strong rates of member retention and happiness
Your base salary will be agreed depending on your level of experience with a commission structure determined by your area of focus in sales or service. Your total OTE earnings can reach up to £30,000 to £40,000 in your first year.
