Sales Management – managing performance & targets of all Sales & Marketing teams.

Taking charge of commercial, sales & marketing activities & initiatives within the business, developing & implementing strategies to increase sales & new sales channels.

Leading & managing all activities within the Sales & Marketing departments, inc. campaign management, account management, pro activity, customer support, communications, lead generation & events. Accountable for the execution & on-going review & analysis of the Sales & Marketing budgets in line with P&L activity.

Skills and Experience:
- Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager or Director with a proven track record of delivering sales growth & motivating a team of employees.
- Direct/indirect management of large teams (you will be managing 50+).
- Credibility & proven track record of senior leadership success in a B2B environment with the customer at its heart.
- Leadership.
- Entrepreneurial thinking & action.
- Ability to inspire people.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing & running successful teams.
- Proven track record of success in people development, man-management & motivation.
- Experience in dealing with senior levels of management.
