This is an opportunity to join a prestigious development designed with families in mind, which boasts a unique and contemporary design from the award winning JMP Architects. The properties are designed to be light and bright for open-plan modern family living, with an abundance of outside space, intended to maximize the picturesque surroundings of this semi-rural location.

The experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor will provide professional on-site sales advice and manage the marketing and administration of the development. Duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site sales, administration and marketing activities, including launch events, open days and suggestions for marketing initiatives
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the house sales process, while working alongside and supporting the Sales Manager
- Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot and updating customers weekly
- Working with the Managing Director and the Site Manager to ensure the development's show home, plot build completions and landscaping meet the quality and presentation standards required
- Assist in the production of key status reports and updates, on all KPIs relating to the Sales and Marketing function
- Escorting visitors around the sales complex and ensuring they are fully informed on the site’s USP
- Providing expertise in the house types, specifications and the buying procedure, being aware of the options and extra choices available
- Follow the standard follow-up procedure with customers 21 days after legal completion
- Respond to complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them
- Close sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits
- Sell the benefits of, and advise clients to use, the company’s recommended solicitor and independent financial advisor
- Deal with banks, building societies, solicitors and estate agents in a confident and professional manner to progress each sale to exchange of contracts in 6 weeks and then through to legal completion

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A proven track record in estate agency and/or new homes sales development/background in working within a target-orientated environment is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- CSCS Card
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work alone, as well as part of a team
- Be computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Be willing to work at our busiest times – which means weekends and bank holidays
