Job Title - Sales and Marketing Administrator
Package - £20,000-£28,000 (Depending on Experience) + Generous Commission
Hour – 30/40 hours per week over 4/5 days. Including I day at the weekend. It is anticipated they will be able to offer the successful candidate one weekend off in five on a rota basis.
Location – Halton, Lancaster

This company is looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to provide professional on-site sales and marketing and administration support for the Forge Weir View development while supporting the sales manager. Duties will include:

- Managing and coordinating all on-site sales and administration and marketing activities, together with launching event, open days and suggestions for marketing initiatives
- Supporting all aspects of the house sales process
- Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on the development
- Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales and Marketing function
- Escorting visitors around the sales complex and ensuring they are fully informed on the USP
- Follow the standard follow-up procedure with customers 21 days after legal completion
- Respond to complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address the concerns
- Administrator the completion of the reservation form and taking reservation deposits
- Liaise with banks, building societies, solicitors and estate agents in a confident and professional manner to progress each sale to exchange of contracts in 6 weeks and then through to legal completion

To also include:
- Manage the CML inspection and completion dates
- Ensure the show home is open in accordance with the Winter or Summer agreed working hours
- Organise the maintenance, the cleaning and presentation of the sales information centre
- Ensure signage, including directional signs, are placed and maintained correctly
- Carry out market research covering a 10-mile radius of the site
