This Stockton-based digital marketing company has an immediate vacancy for a highly capable and adaptable person to join a small, friendly office as a Sales and Marketing Administrator.

The ideal applicant must have excellent IT skills including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Powerpoint and Photoshop would be an advantage.

Proof of very good literacy and numeracy qualifications are essential as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and senior management.
The flexibility to assist with all aspects of office administration is crucial.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supporting the sales and senior management teams by monitoring, collating and interpreting weekly information from field sales staff;
- Preparation of training manuals and sales literature;
- Updating and compiling company core documents;
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with email marketing campaigns;
- Set-up of new customers using in-house bespoke CMS system;
- Generating timely and high-quality feedback for customers;
- Supporting the Managing Director and senior management with ad-hoc projects;
- General office duties such as photocopying, filing and monitoring of stationery and hardware stock as well as telephone answering.
