Areas of Accountability:
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for valuations/ market appraisals, instructions, viewings and lets/ sales
- Attending market appraisals and presenting their services to best effect
- Canvassing in the local area to develop leads
- Liaise and negotiate between tenants/buyers and vendors/landlords
- Arrange and agree lets/sales
- Carrying out all administration and paperwork relating to new clients
- Being part of the office-based team, answering general enquires on the phone and welcoming potential clients to the office.
The Individual:
- Proven background in property sales, estate agency or lettings beneficial
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets essential
- Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, determined, ambitious and focused
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Previous experience with a lettings software would be an advantage
- Full, clean UK driving license is essential
