This growing and well established IT Consultancy and Managed Service Provider is recruiting for a part time member of staff to help with both sales and internal finance administration and support.

The role will involve working with Directors, Finance and Service departments to aid with new sales prospects and existing customer and process support.

This is a part-time role with flexibility on work patterns, to be discussed and agreed with the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Assisting with Tenders and RFPs
- Producing quotes for the Business Development and IT Supports teams
- Responsibility for creating, maintaining and updating data within the CRM system
- Supporting production of client performance reports and validating against contract KPI’s
- Maintaining accurate records of customer contracts
- Responsibility for sales performance monitoring
- Coordinating closely with Marketing during campaigns
- Responding to inbound sales calls and emails
- Doing any necessary administrative work to support the Business Development team
- Assisting with process improvement
Finance Support
- General assistance for Accounts team
- Credit card admin and reconciliation
General / Admin and other Support
- Answering phones (shared with others in office)
- Office supplies / ordering
