Sales & Events Administrator - Executive Search & Leadership Consultancy

This consultancy is a principal provider of resourcing solutions, including Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Development solutions. They have a national reputation for their work across public services and are market leaders in this field. They have particular expertise in working within complex, highly visible and regulated markets that frequently undergo change and require high levels of insight and operational knowledge. Their exceptional levels of repeat business, consistently over 70%, ensures they build long term knowledge, very deep networks and extensive insight into candidate pools and talent gaps.

Due to continued growth they currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their Business Support team as a Sales & Events Administrator. In this role you’ll support the Leadership and Talent Consultancy team enabling them to maximise their time, and oversee the smooth management of multiple assignments, ensuring that candidate and client experience drives future recommendation. You’ll schedule online assessments, facilitate onsite assessment centres and test administration, monitor and produce MI, collate and distribute reports as required, and be responsible for organising travel and accommodation requirements.

This particular role will also be accountable for coordinating the Bids & Proposals process, and supporting with the presentation and submittal of documentation. This will include identifying opportunities as and when they appear through their portal, and assisting the Project Manager in identifying who the bid team should be. You’ll gather relevant information to prepare for the bid response, assist with the preparation of pitch and presentation materials, and manage the process against tight timescales, tracking the progress of bids from start to finish.

To be successful in this role you’ll need advanced MS Office skills with Powerpoint being a particular strength. You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and motivate people to work as a team. You’ll be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to prioritise and balance an ever-changing and conflicting workload.

Any experience from within Executive Search/Recruitment or Leadership Development consultancies would be highly advantageous but not essential.
