Customer Relations and Sales Advisers (Inbound / Outbound)
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £15,000 pa basic with an OTE of £24k
Due to their continued expansion, this company are currently looking for Customer Relations Advisers to join their busy Sales Team, who are the initial point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
The successful candidates will be able to build an ongoing relationship with our clients whilst keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
They are looking for staff who enjoy working in a target driven sales environment and who have a natural flair and ability to build rapport and listen to our customers. Making things clear and simple for their customers is vital in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls / making outbound calls in a timely manner
- Taking ownership for effectively dealing with client enquiries
- Identify clients’ needs and booking appointments where necessary
- Ensure all data is handled sensitively and with accuracy
- Meet personal/team targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills

- Possesses good keyboard skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic with a high work ethic

This opportunity offers an exciting sales role in dealing with both inbound/outbound calls and exceeding customer expectation whilst earning a good basic salary and attractive commission.
