A highly motivated individual who is able to multi-task and interact positively with customers, internal staff and external sales staff. Responsible for the handling of customer enquiries and purchase orders in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure excellent customer service. Power tool product knowledge will be advantageous and desirable.

Responsibilities include:
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Keep abreast of promotional trends and product knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and suitable deals.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Resolve all customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction in a calm and professional manner.
- Achieve agreed upon key performance indicators within schedule by coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply Sales Office Manager with information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback provided by relevant Management and Leadership Team.
- Support and assist newly appointed or less experienced colleagues by providing training and guidance as appropriate.
- Deputise and provide cover for absent colleagues as required, and regularly refresh on processes to ensure this can be achieved effectively.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
- Create a good impression at all times and adhere to company rules and standards, including when working or travelling off-site.

Essential Skills include:
- Possesses a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competency (MS Office)
- Good communication skills and customer focused with an ability to build productive business/professional relationships.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Conscientious, reliable, with good attendance and timekeeping standards.
