Founded in 2008, this company is a control panel builder and systems integrator based in Southport, Merseyside. They have been providing complex control and automation systems to worldwide customers for over ten years.

Due to the continual expansion of the business; they are looking for a sales administrator to join their successful team. This role will incorporate aspects of sales, and administration, and it is the perfect position for a self-motivated team-player.

Candidates with a business background, understanding of administration or sales roles would excel at this role.

Your day to day challenges with include –
- Processing a high volume of product orders,
- Processing invoices for sales transactions,
- Checking prices are up to date,
- Taking telephone calls from customers,
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers,
- Dealing with and responding to a high volume of customer emails,
- Research and identify potential clients, and identify decision-makers,
- Liaise with customers and suppliers,
- Daily office administrative work,
- Making sales calls to speak with potential customers.

Salary - £18,000 to £20,000 DOE. OTE - £22,000.

You will ideally be –
- Capable and confident when working under pressure with an ability to work to deadlines,
- A strong communicator with excellent telephone etiquette,
- Able to prioritise your own workload,
- Confident and enthusiastic in communicating with customers,
- Organized with strong task management skills,
- Well versed in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
