This accredited IT Service Company based in Stourbridge and Birmingham, is looking to recruit an experienced sales administrator to support the ongoing growth of the business.
The successful applicant would have experience within an administrative position including good knowledge of Sage Accounting Software and also Microsoft Office
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Self-motivation and highly organised
- Work efficiently to deadlines
Responsibilities
As well as general administration work, the successful applicant will be working closely with the Managing Director and IT Team.
General responsibilities will include:
- Sales Order Processing
- Producing Quotations for Customer Requirements
- Resource Scheduling of Engineers
In addition, the job will include working on procurement within our effective supply chain to provide best business value and also performing gap analysis on our existing customer basis.
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential for this role.
