A leading UK based game development company are looking for an experienced and self-motivated sales administrator for their growing business. In this role, you will be working closely with all departments of the company processing all gaming machines sales. This job would suit someone from a manufacturing / logistics background in a similar role.

Main responsibilities:

- Processing Sales and Returns transactions
- Maintaining Sales reports
- Checking and reconciling sales figures and investigating differences
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on time
- Cover of other Processing roles as required

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in working in the office environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level essential
- SAP experience would be an advantage
- Education – at least 4 GCSE no lower than C grade
- Knowledge of accounts or experience working in finance department would be an advantage
