This manufacturer of quality and versatile solutions in steel, brass and aluminium, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator.
You will provide administrative support to the business development manager.
Responsibilities:
- To work alongside Business Development Manager identifying key customer opportunities and developing new business relationships.
- You will research potential customers providing interfacing roles where necessary.
- Inputting and processing orders through Factory Master
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Preparing and submitting quotations
- Preparing management reports as required
- Managing and updating sales orders and quotes
- To identify new opportunities for supplying bespoke products.
- To carry out specific projects as indentified by the BDM or Directors.
You will need to be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
Work well within a team and be well organised.
A full driving licence desirable
Qualifications: Grade C or above GCSE maths and english required.
