They are looking for an experienced, sales administrator for their Amazon and Ebay stores to drive sales, manage listings and stock, and provide aftersales service through established eBay and Amazon stores. They are offering between £20k and £28k basic pay, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Their hours are very social from 8:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and they are looking for an individual to lead this area of the company and implement their own ideas and practices to increase sales.

This position would suit those who have experience in selling on the Ebay and Amazon platforms, those competent with computer programs such as Excel, Outlook and (while not essential) experience with Photoshop would be advantageous to the application. Experience of basic or higher HTML is not essential but will benefit your application. The role also suits a driven individual who is comfortable working alone and as a team, who is happy in a smaller office environment and can manage their own time.

The duties of the eBay and Amazon sales administrator will include but not be limited to;
- Managing eBay and Amazon sales
- Managing all the listings on these sites, including stock levels, product images, descriptions and prices
- Giving quotations and product assistance
- Processing the online orders
- Dealing with customer issues/complaints
- Striving to increase sales
- Marketing for eBay and Amazon accounts
- Initially learning the wheel and tyre market

As an Internet Sales Administrator you will need to have the following skills/experience;
- eBay Seller and Amazon Marketplace seller experience
- Previously managing an eBay/Amazon business account or similar would be an advantage
- Recent, relevant experience in an internet based sales role, a good knowledge of web based applications/processing orders/products.
- Experience with text formatting or HTML knowledge (HTML not essential but advantageous )
- Customer focused with an ability to build effective customer relations and maintain an excellent feedback record
- Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Level headed, able to work on own initiative
- Posses strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Photoshop skills advantageous but not essential

Salary: £20k-£28k basic salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on sales.
Hours: Full time - Mon – Fri 8.45am-5.00pm

They are a growing company in the wheel and tyre sector specialising in B2B sales and online retail. The eBay and amazon stores have been running for 5 years and are ready for a fresh perspective. They are located in the Medway Valley Park estate near the cinema and Hollywood Bowl – (Not Medway City Estate), and commuting uncongested most of the time.
