Administration Manager - £30k / annum, PLUS Annual Profit Share Bonus Scheme. £40k OTE.

The Role:

Managing and developing a sales administration department sufficient to deliver the requirements of a fast-growing volume operation, key daily functions include:

1. Processing customer orders
2. Conducting the necessary internal and external data and other checks
3. Planning daily customer collections in line with daily volume requirements
4. Managing field-based team activity and schedules
5. Planning and managing dealer collections in line with cash-flow and space requirements
6. Managing full transaction records in line with company requirements

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Administration staff performance management
2. Planning and implementing future recruitment requirements
3. Internal and external process development and implementation
4. Internal and external reporting in line with requirements
5. Departmental KPI achievement
6. Maxing customer experience throughout

This is an extremely KPI and people-management / admin process driven, but creative and developmental, role. The right candidate will delight in making results happen, ensuring no stone is left unturned, no opportunity missed. He or she will delight in the development and success of their team, inspiring, leading and motivating them to continually improve, whilst also working closely with management colleagues to maximise volume and customer satisfaction.

The Candidate:

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven successful track record in a sales administration and logistics function. Ambitious, energetic, commercial and enterprising, with a love of "process", coaching and business development.
