This IT and Telecoms company is growing and they need great people to join them. They have seen phenomenal growth over 10 years IT Support and Security services. Their growth and expansion into new sectors means they are seeking to appoint a talented Admin Assistant to help drive growth across the business.

As their Admin Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing calls appropriately, taking accurate messages, greeting clients and attending to client needs
- Printing and copying documents for colleagues and visitors
- Typing up of letters, emails, reports and client quotations
- Assisting in producing point of sale
- Assisting all departments housed within the office with any ad-hoc admin duties, including filing, typing, monitoring emails, diary management, photocopying, scanning
- Maintaining office sundry supplies
- Complete projects given by management in specific deadlines
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Assisting the accounts and stock controller Assistant with any administration task
- Filing
- Assisting with social media updates, maintaining the company website, producing marketing emails and other marketing campaigns that are established

About you:

- Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, (Microsoft Word) combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary (e.g. databases and spread sheets)
- Excellent customer service skills & able to communicate at all levels
- Professional telephone manner
- Team spirit
- Be highly accurate, numerate, well organised and able to work under pressure
- Familiarity with the use of office equipment i.e. faxes, photocopiers etc.
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team
- Ability to work to a high standard (and while under pressure)
- Good written and verbal English
- Enthusiastic
- Highly self-motivated and articulate
- Ability to ‘’ think on your feet’’
- Flexibility is required as you may be asked to work earlier or later than your normal working hours on occasion
- Good attention to detail
