A well-established software house specialising in property management software that integrates with Sage accounts is looking for a driven individual to join a small but growing team in Sheffield.
You will be a level headed and organised person with the ability to develop positive customer relations through excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with incoming and outgoing sales calls and negotiating with potential customers
- Developing a relationships and upselling to existing customers
- Update the company CRM software with relevant information
- Produce Quotations, Invoices and weekly sales reports
- Demonstrate their property management software to potential clients
Essential skills / experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial or residential lettings and property management
- Knowledge of property management software
- Ability and desire to learn
- Target driven, self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Confident negotiation skills
- To be an integral part of a small team
- Drive to deliver customer service excellence
- Previous sales and customer service experience
Desired skills/ability
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software
- Experience in software sales
- ARLA member
Salary
£16k-18K basic + commission + benefits depending on experience
