This is an opportunity to join a marketing content creation agency based in the North West of England. They have worked with 1,300+ clients from 40+ countries. Well known clients include Deloitte, Standard Chartered, Kodak, LG, Virgin Atlantic, TNT, Ramada, Oracle, AutoTrader and many more. They have been in business since 2009 and have recently closed a round of venture funding to enable us to invest further in the growth of the business.

The Role
They are recruiting for an Account Manager for their Publish brand through which they create digital content for marketing, learning and education.

Your role is to find opportunities for businesses who could use their services, develop those opportunities and nurture them through to sale. This will involve working with other people on the team to create plans and strategies for each client to help them achieve their goals. You will manage each of your accounts through their projects with them. Your role will be supported with inbound leads but will also require you to prospect and develop new opportunities.

They are a supportive business and they will provide all the training you need to do your job successfully.

Details
Permanent / Full Time / 9am – 5:30pm / Mon – Fri
Circa £20,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (OTE £28,000)
Leave: 20 days + public and statutory holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Researching companies, people and websites to find opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for new video and/or marketing content projects.
- Generating new leads and opportunities for your Publish sales pipeline.
- Outbound sales activity on the telephone, email, events and other mediums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects at a senior level.
- Working with other people on their team to create strategies and packages for their clients.
- Create proposal documents, presentations and pitches.
- Managing client projects from lead through to completed project and after sales support.
- Provide accurate reports to management.
- Provide a high level of customer service to prospects and customers.
- Administer their lead management and other business systems.
- Recording all project details in their CMS (Salesforce).
- Various administrative tasks to help the smooth running of the office and projects.
