£30- 35k + commission £40k OTE and up to £60k OTE by year three.

The Role

Are you an experienced Sales Account Manager with brilliant communication skills and a creative mind? Do you enjoy developing relationships and playing a key part in revenue growth? This company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their Office Services team during an exciting period of change and growth, helping them achieve their ambitious growth plans.

As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. The role will see you taking an instrumental role in our plan to reach a turnover of 20 million by 2020. Are you up for the challenge?

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing solutions and resolving conflict in a timely manner, to achieve long term success
- Generate new business, using existing and potential customer networks
- Act as the point of contact to handle customers’ individual needs
- Set, track and report on sales account targets and sales metrics
- Suggest and implement actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales growth

The Person

As a Sales Account Manager you will have;

- A proven history of working to and delivering targets that achieve growth
- At least three years’ experience in B2B sales and account management
- The ability to deliver an excellent customer experience across a range of industries
- A self-starter, with excellent business acumen and problem-solving attitude; you won’t be afraid to handle difficult situations with customers
- Very good knowledge and working experience of CRM software and MS Office suite
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle pressured situations
