A digital-first student recruitment specialist is looking for two new Sales Account Managers.

You will join the ACCA team. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is the largest accountancy body in the world, with 188,000 members and 480,000 students globally.

The Education Account Manager will focus on Approved Learning Providers (ALP’s) and postgrad education clients, leveraging the ACCA’s media communications portfolio to help institutions promote their courses to the ACCA student and member population globally. Digital and media sales experience is essential in this role. Experience within the education sector would be a bonus.

The B2B Account Manager will focus on corporate clients, taking advantage of the purchasing power of the ACCA membership audience through the ACCA’s media portfolio. You will target agencies and businesses in the financial, tech, software and recruitment industries, selling on and off-line, sponsorship and events. Experience of B2B sales - including digital is a must. A knowledge of other associate or accountancy bodies would be a definite advantage.

Articulate, creative, organised and self-motivated, you'll ensure personal and team targets are achieved. You’ll negotiate with clients up to director level as well as with agencies, adapting effortlessly to different key decision makers and influencers.

Hard work and success are rewarded, so commissions are uncapped and you could earn up to £40K pa. You’ll travel internationally to key markets, particularly Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. The right candidate should rapidly progress to a position of responsibility and autonomy. The potential client list is huge and there are financially rewarding opportunities for an entrepreneurial and diligent salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:
- New business (approx. 50% of the role)
- Organising meetings with new and existing clients, including overseas
- Hitting financial and other KPIs
- Helping develop new and existing products
- Forecasting in weekly management meeting
- Liaising with other teams to put together comprehensive packages across the portfolio
- Liaising with ad ops to ensure fulfilment of campaigns
- Liaising with marketing and design teams where appropriate
